The most scientific talents, luminaries in the scientific firmament of mankind: Descartes, Newton, Clausius, Maxwell, Boltzmann, Minkowski, Born, and many, many hundreds of thousands of their epigonous followers today.

The coordinate system. The frame of reference.

Entropy and order.

Wave-particle dualism

Probability.

Space and time.

Descartes came up with a rectangular and oblique three-dimensional coordinate system for estimating and indicating the position of bodies in space. I don’t know who invented the spherical Azimuth-range coordinate system, but it is fundamentally similar to the two mentioned above.

Three axes, mutually orthogonal, topped with arrows, go to infinity. A purely mathematical abstraction, an invention of our brain, IMPLICITLY, tacitly, suggesting the existence of a certain huge, absolutely empty house in which all available matter lives. That is, one abstraction, the fiction of our brain, relies by default on another abstraction – a kind of absolute, completely empty (initially, existing in itself) house, inside which all the entertaining mysteries with matter, fields and radiation are played out.

But these two fantasies of ours are by NO MEANS FANTASIES FOR EVERYONE, not mathematical abstractions, but something quite REAL!

Moreover, based on this completely arbitrary fiction, physicists have come up with a bastard hybrid of reality and abstraction, a FRAME of REFERENCE, attaching this very “COORDINATE SYSTEM” to a real physical body! A ridiculous hybrid compared to which the centaur is a visual reality, a fact of life, a man-horse!

A HYPO-ANTHROPOLOGIST!

I have already written about this absurdity in an article: “Are inertial frames of reference inertial?”

So, we take this very “frame of reference”, which rests in our laboratory frame of reference. And we give the BODY associated with it a certain acceleration. It starts moving relative to us. Like a train, a car, and so on.

BUT!!!

The coordinate system, which is tightly connected to it, ALSO begins to move at this moment, with all three of its axes attached to the body. they start moving. BUT THESE AXES ARE ENDLESS, they DON’T END ANYWHERE, which means that INSTANTLY, without the slightest compression or stretching, these absolutely solid and infinite axes also begin to move. The boost we gave TO THE REAL PHYSICAL BODY INSTANTLY ACCELERATED THE AXES OF INFINITE LENGTH! Somewhere in infinity, these axes also began to move instantly!

The absurdity that resulted from the ridiculous crossing of a mathematical abstraction with a real physical body!

Chaotically, randomly moving particles, atoms, for example, we call DISORDER.

We call the same atoms in crystals with a certain strict geometric shape an ORDER.

BUT AGAIN, THESE ARE OUR CONCEPTS, OUR CONCEPTIONS.

There is no order or disorder in dead nature, because these are just OUR MENTAL ESTIMATES and names of certain states of matter.

Again, pure mathematical abstraction, the fiction of our brains, which, nevertheless, the German physicist Rudolf Clausius, “reanimated, making fiction a kind of real-life act, process, state! And he deduced the “Second Law of Thermodynamics”, which reads:

In a closed system, left to itself, entropy, that is, disorder, INCREASES!

Again, there is no order or disorder in dead nature, these are our CONCEPTS that describe OUR MENTAL ASSESSMENT of certain processes in nature.

There is NO order in nature.

As THERE is NO disorder! Nevertheless, we have easily made pure fiction, mathematical abstraction, the product of our thinking, a PHYSICAL REALITY!

A similar trick was already performed in the twentieth century by Max Born, one of the “fathers of quantum mechanics.”

In order to save another ridiculous abstraction, corpuscular-wave dualism, that is, considering any microparticle as a kind of dense physical body and AT the SAME TIME, a kind of wave propagating into infinity, Born invented a new physical reality: WAVES OF PROBABILITY. That is, according to OUR UNDERSTANDING of certain real processes, he “did”BY SOME KIND OF REAL-LIFE PROCESS!

The fact is that experiments to test the delusional idea of the dualism described above have REFUTED it with all evidence! For example, the famous 1949 experiment with single electron diffraction performed by Sushkin, Biberman, and Fabrikant.

If any microparticle is simultaneously a wave, then ONE particle, after diffraction on a certain hole, should create many diffraction rings on the recording screen at once. In fact, one particle remained, as it should be with the deviation of ONE PARTICLE, a POINT!!! And the diffraction rings appeared FROM A LARGE NUMBER OF SUCH POINTS! But it WAS NECESSARY to save the initially vicious idea of dualism at all costs, and Born came up with an idea: Waves really diffract on the hole, but not the particles themselves, but THEIR PROBABILITIES!!!

This is how the additional absurdity of mathematical abstraction entered quantum physics, the fruit of OUR SPECULATION when we cannot accurately assess the course and result of a certain process, which WE CALLED RANDOM, PROBABILISTIC – PROBABILITY WAVES. It seems to have “forgotten” that there IS NO SUCH FIELD, BODY, OR PROCESS in nature that we call PROBABILITY. This is just our mental assessment of something real and nothing more.

And finally, the most majestic and dumbest of human abstractions: Space and Time. Moreover, at the level of not even thinking, but animal instinct, legitimized in the brains of bipeds as a “real-life” purely mathematical abstraction.

Again, as always, we imagine our idea, the purest abstraction, as something real and objectively existing, an EMPTY HOUSE created for the habitation of matter.

But what is easier is to assume that this is SOME KIND of MATERIAL PROCESS that is reflected in our sensations as “space and time”. THIS IS NOT OUR FANTASY OR DECEPTION OF FEELINGS! This is a very REAL MATERIAL PROCESS, but we perceive it with our senses as something we call SPACE and TIME!

I also wrote a few notes on this topic earlier, relying on Einstein’s idea that THERE is NO ABSOLUTELY EMPTY SPACE. I just continued his thought: THIS IS A KIND OF REAL AND OBJECTIVELY EXISTING PROCESS that our senses perceive as Space and Time! But in fact, it is a changing and spreading electromagnetic field. It, its vibrations and movement, is what we perceive as space and time! And there is not the slightest need to give this process the appearance of a “real-life”, but purely mathematical fantasy!

IT’S JUST A REAL AND OBJECTIVELY EXISTING PROCESS RELATED TO THE ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD.

But it is extremely difficult to accept such a thought, because here the ROAR of ANIMAL INSTINCT is already rumbling in the brain!

And for the majority, there is neither the strength nor the desire to drown it out!
