The tragic accident with the South Korean airliner is not a “stroke of fate” or “God’s will” or “force majeure”, but the dullness and stupidity of “highly qualified” professional engineers who designed this idiotic concrete wall, which the liner hit and exploded as a result of a strong impact!
It would be much easier, cheaper and safer to surround the territory of the end of the runways with a wide and shallow channel filled with water and with a gently sloping bottom. Then any plane that “overshot” the runway, or turned off it, simply enters a layer of water, which slows it down without any bumps, fires, and other things!
The layer is shallow, that is, the aircraft does NOT go all under water, on the other hand, the density of water is seven hundred times higher than the density of air and will slow down the aircraft quite successfully, while extinguishing the fire, if this happened from the friction of the bottom of the aircraft on the concrete track (in case of problems with the landing gear).
But highly qualified specialists in the construction of modern airports could not come up with such an elementary and simple idea! It’s too difficult, or rather HUMILIATING, for
their superior intelligence!
Here is a powerful concrete wall – that’s right! It will stop any airliner, with an explosion and complete combustion!
BUT IT WILL STOP!!!
