An attempt to EXPLAIN a new physical effect – self–heating and self-cooling of metal – by rejecting a century-old dogma.
Since the atoms in the crystal lattice of metals are strongly connected to each other, this indicates that they are NOT CONNECTED just as if, but in an ORDERLY MANNER. And, it is clear that their electric and magnetic fields create a very significant spatial anisotropy of directions in it (as in most crystals). This leads to a very interesting conclusion that such force fields create certain channels in the metal, like conduction bands, in which it is preferable for electrons to move “from an energy point of view” than in other directions.
(The “band theory of conduction” has nothing to do with this description, because “allowed zones” are NOT REAL areas of our physical space, but just zones in the so–called Phase Space, zones of our fictional abstraction on the graph, where the parameters are not the coordinates of space and time, but any NON-SPATIAL and TIMELESS, arbitrarily chosen objects, such as impulses, energies, charges, spins, and anything else that can come to mind.)
Thus, we come to an even more interesting conclusion: That free electrons DO NOT MOVE chaotically inside the lattice, “as they please,” but only in certain directions and “channels” (actually, there are existing tunnel channels inside the lattice!), despite the fact that the electrons in them do not move with randomly oriented spin and magnetic moment, but also in a fairly ORDERLY MANNER!
There is no chaotic movement of free electrons in a metal, like the generally accepted dogma of the Molecular Kinetic Theory about a certain “gas of electricity atoms in metals”, and there cannot be in an environment in which powerful electromagnetic fields of metal atoms and ions operate in the nodes of the crystal lattice!
THERE IS NO CHAOS!
THERE IS A VARIETY OF ORDERLY MOVEMENTS!
And, it would seem, simple common sense suggests that chaos can only occur in systems in which. apart from purely mechanical interactions (collisions-bounces) between particles, NO ordering forces act. And there are plenty of such forces in a tight crystal lattice, including Coulomb, magnetic, and spin magnetic moments. And if we assume the recently proposed droplet model of elementary particles, then there can be no chaos.
This example once again shows the power of dogmas in our minds, tightly blocking any extraordinary thought!
“A step to the right, a step to the left is considered an escape! The convoy is firing without warning!”
That’s what a terrible mental terror autocratically rules our thinking! And we, with our stupid voluntary servility, not only tolerate it, but in every possible way we nurture and encourage our mental executioners!
We return to the idea of orderly movement instead of chaos.
This assumption, in turn, leads us to a new interesting conclusion that free electrons can deform the orbits of atomic electrons too, not “just somehow”, but only in an ORDERLY manner, within certain boundaries, causing two mutually contradictory effects: In some atoms, free electrons deform the orbits in the direction of the “ideal atom” state.”(heating!), while in others they “repair” the deformations of the orbits, bringing them closer to the state of the “ideal atom” (cooling!), to which, although inanimate, all atoms “strive”, left to themselves.
Another recently described formulation of the Second Law of Thermodynamics.
