Astronomers have found out that aging stars, similar to the Sun, gradually “devour” their nearest planets, which gives us an idea of the fate of the Earth.

A study conducted by scientists Edward Bryant (University of Warwick) and Vincent van Eylen (University College London), analyzed data from the TESS telescope on systems with planets located around stars that have already passed the main sequence stage. Scientists have found that older stars have significantly fewer planets in close orbits – this is due to an increase in the diameter of the star, which leads to the disappearance of planets.

“We see that planets are getting smaller as stars age,” Bryant noted. He added that this phenomenon is not related to the peculiarities of star formation, but to the aging processes.

As the star expands, it can engulf planets or destroy their orbits, stripping them of atmospheres and causing them to tear apart. The study analyzed almost 457,000 old stars, among which only 130 planets or candidates in close orbits were found.

Astronomers emphasize that studying aging star systems makes it possible to predict the future of our Solar system. When the Sun runs out of hydrogen fuel, its diameter will increase by more than a hundred times, potentially engulfing the inner planets, including Earth.

“This study provides a unique perspective on the interaction of planets and stars, and helps us understand what awaits our planet in billions of years,” said astronomer Sabine Reffert.

The results of the study open up new opportunities for studying exoplanets and their evolution, and also show how the aging of a star directly affects the fate of its planets. The results of the study were published in EOS Magazine.

It’s not about the idiotic predictions of ignoramuses in school physics.: As the hydrogen “burns out” and turns into helium, the thermonuclear reaction will weaken, which means that the INTERNAL RADIATION PRESSURE that maintains the current state of any star will decrease with the constant powerful gravity of its entire mass. The balance will be upset in favor of gravity and the star WILL BEGIN to CONTRACT, rather than expand according to the cretinous fantasy of the liars of “astronomers”.

As a result, there are the following possibilities:

If the initial mass of the star is large, then it will start to collapse, accelerating, and then it will either explode from strong heating as a Supernova, or turn into a black hole, or into a neutron dwarf.

Our Sun is a yellow dwarf according to the accepted classification. Therefore, a supernova explosion is unlikely, and the Sun will simply become a dense dark dwarf or a neutron and also a dark star.

But the most interesting thing about the aforementioned nonsense is the NUMBER OF STARS STUDIED! Almost half a million!

That’s how many centuries or millennia it took today’s living astronomers to EXPLORE SO MANY stars! How many seconds did it take them to “EXPLORE” each such star???

However, they are still very humble liars. The other day I read about a similar “study” – 107 MILLION GALAXIES WERE STUDIED by the brave and still alive “astrocrooks”. Here should no longer count for seconds for each “EXPLORED” galaxy, but for milliseconds!

Be proud, citizens, of such wonderful “naturaliars” who study an entire galaxy of many billions of stars in a thousandths of a second!
