Return the beaters.

The dream of every Slave is to be in the Master’s place.

I did not understand such a phenomenon: People, groups of people, entire ethnic populations, who have been subjected to cruel and unfair persecution by superior groups and peoples for a long time, should, in my opinion, be extremely compassionate and merciful towards weaker beings: humans or animals. After all, they have felt the cruelty of the “strong” more than once. This means that they should develop a special sensitivity to the suffering of others, even weaker and more powerless than they are.

This was my approach based on the mentioned logic.

Reality has successfully overturned my beautiful constructions in the crudest way. All my assumptions were justified exactly “to the contrary”! And I was stupidly perplexed, looking at the countless failures of my “brilliant” logic. Because I proceeded from the most banal and generally accepted idea that, in general, most people are not bad creatures!

And it finally dawned on the poor “Thinker” that his initial premise in such arguments was radically wrong! By changing it, I immediately “automatically” received an explanation of this and many other realities of the surrounding life.

Ingrid Bergman, a talented and beautiful actress (however, not as beautiful as she is extraordinarily feminine and full of charm) in her autobiographical book “My Story” describes a car trip with Roberto Rossellini (her second husband) in Italy. She was outraged by the sadistic attitude of the peasants towards their animals. In chapter 13, she describes how she could not calmly watch as Italian peasants loaded an unbearable burden on their poor skinny and emaciated horses and mercilessly beat them at the same time. She jumped out of the car and started shouting at the peasant in English, who, of course, did not understand a word of her reproaches. At the same time, Roberto Rossellini, remaining in place, did not say a word, and when she returned to the car, outraged by such a callous attitude towards animals, he “explained” to her with philosophical and vile calmness:

“Don’t you understand: this man was beaten too. How else can he get back those beaters he got from life?? Who else can he beat up besides a horse? How can he vent his anger, his mental pain?”

This is what the explanations of this humanitarian, philanthropist, subtle psychologist and film director artist looked like.

It would be funny to look at this Rossellini, if not for the tortured horse, but the peasants would beat HIM in order to “return the beaters they received from life.” Or his mother, or would they rape and beat his wife and his daughters in front of him? Surely he would also have reasoned philosophically that this was natural and normal? Does a peasant have to take out his anger on someone, “his soulful pain”?! And with Olympic calmness, would he allow himself to be beaten and his wives and daughters be beaten and raped?

I suppose not at all! All philosophy would evaporate from his vile “highly intelligent” soul at the first blow TO HIM! Over his precious body. And by his closely related creatures!

It is usual to any race and any nation, unfortunately!

To all “human” beings!

The arguments of the “old men” in the Soviet Army: When we were “green” (the first year of service) and “young” (the second year of service), we also “plowed like a bee”, “stuck our horns like Papa Carlo”! Here, taperich, our power is to make fun of the greens and the young, Let them feel WHAT we felt! And those, in turn, when they become military personnel of the third year of service, they will also be able to mock the new “green and young.”

There are quite many people who like to watch all sorts of pseudo-documentary movies about wildlife.

And when they show scenes of lions attacking antilope or zebra and killing it, they take it calmly, many even with sadistic pleasure.

“Such is life!– They talk philosophically.– This is the way of the world. This is how God designed our nature. We also have the right to eat others, because We are the strongest.

This peace of mind and even pleasure only last as long as they are DEVOURING! But when the terrible hour INEVITABLY AND INEXORABLY comes and THEY BEGIN TO BE DEVOURED, some faster, others slower, by sharks, viruses, bacteria, cancer cells, parasitic amoebas or just some kind of crocodile, then in an instant the philosophical calm disappears somewhere and the wild screams of the body devoured by the mentioned predators begin:

“You can’t eat me! It hurts me! I don’t want to die! I want to live, I want to LIVE! Why me? Eat someone else! Oh, the horror, I’m being torn apart and I’m dying! I am!!!! I’M DYING!!!! I DON’T WANT TO DIE!!!”

Life is wonderful as long as I’m a gobbler! Life is terrible when I’m being devoured!

What unites the “heroes” of all the examples described above?

There is one thing in common: An inescapable vile spiritual slavery! Only hereditary slaves, eternal and unchangeable in their baseness, reason this way! Smerds are not by social status, not by their position on the hierarchical herd ladder, but by their mental makeup! At any level, the lowest or the highest, slaves remain slaves! And often (usually) it’s not individual creatures that end up in the place of the beaten and slaughtered, but entire groups, peoples, and animal populations! Such is the whole human herd! That’s how it treats its own kind. This is how it applies to the “younger brothers” – animals!

If you make such an assumption, everything falls into place and becomes clear!

The answer is in the epigraph.
