(This is nothing more than the previous “Law of Intellectual Conformity to an Ecological Niche” formulated a little more generally)

Any living being, except for the trivial, purely biological (anatomical and physiological) correspondence to an ecological niche, must correspond to it with ITS OWN WAY of THINKING.

Those who do not conform to it either die or go to other niches that “suit” their WAY of THINKING.

It leads to the conclusion about how human intelligence arose, the only one of its kind on planet Earth and surpassing the intelligence of all other species of beings living on Earth (numbering about a million) in terms of the ability to solve problems of existence.

One in a million!

Moreover, ALL of this million are MORE ANCIENT than man! Life originated on Earth about two billion years ago. Hundreds and thousands of different species and families of living beings appeared and disappeared.

During these two billion years, NO SPECIES has reached such a degree of intellectual development as humans. And they REACHED this level not in a billion, not in hundreds or tens of millions of years, but in just TWO MILLION YEARS! A thousand times faster than any of the most ancient creatures!

One thousandth of the life span on Earth and one millionth of all living species!

And I’m not mentioning even the slightest possibility of such predatory mutant apes appearing. For this required an absolutely INCREDIBLE combination of circumstances: Deposits of uranium tarblende, located purely by chance by the play of tectonic forces very close to the surface of the soil in the region of Equatorial Africa (the former Belgian Congo), in the jungles of which, IN ADDITION to HUNDREDS OF SPECIES of VARIOUS OTHER ANIMALS, running, crawling, jumping, building nests, lived with communities of apes, that is, creatures with a sufficiently developed brain, whose unfortunate pathological mutation from uranium radiation caused the appearance of APES, AND PRECISELY PREDATORY APE- MUTANTS!

The genus of sharks, Carcharodon, has existed for three hundred million years. An ancient predator, but intelligence remained at the level necessary FOR SUCCESSFUL SURVIVAL in their ecological niche.

Social insects: Bees, ants, termites – for two hundred million years – their intelligence has ensured successful survival in the highly changing conditions of ecological niches for all these millions of years, but they have not reached the human level, even though they are SOCIAL!

Why?

Yes, for the same reason: According to the mentioned law. Not just their intelligence, but their whole way of thinking exactly corresponded to the ecological niches, NOT BELOW THE REQUIRED LEVEL and FEATURES AND NOT ABOVE IT!

This immediately “automatically” answers why “social” insects have not developed the way of thinking that is characteristic of humans! After all, as all sorts of learned men instructively tell us about man, “Man is a SOCIAL being,” they are ALSO SOCIAL!

The niche did not impose other, excessive demands on them for the development of intelligence and way of thinking!

Enough is enough!

And what kind of “excessive” demands did the ecological niche place on those mutants, large predatory apes, who could no longer jump on branches, eat plucked fruits, and live in relative safety in trees, as normal monkeys lived and are living now, not mutilated by a terrible mutation?

And the demands are eternal and ruthless: Either find your own suitable niche for existence, or die!

And many died, not so much from land predators, because they themselves were big, strong and vicious no less, but from trivial hunger. They were not yet able to run after prey like predators on crooked hind legs, which means they could not catch wild animals darting and jumping on the ground. They were also not very suitable for climbing branches that were too thin for their clumsiness and weight. All that remained was to look for fallen fruites, carrion, of which there were FEW, to pick berries, to dig up some edible roots from the soil. And there weren’t many of them either!

Fierce fights of hungry mutants began for every fallen fruit, for every carcass of dead animals on earth, for every edible tuber… In fights, the stronger, more cunning and dexterous took away the food they found from the weaker, but in such fights, cruel and bloody (there was a struggle for life, for food!), a lot of blood was shed and even there were murders of the losing opponent. They licked the blood, felt the taste of meat when they bit and bit off pieces of flesh from an opponent, and so the predatory mutants, dying of hunger, gradually realized that they could ADDITIONALLY AND NUTRITIONALLY devour their neighbors! So, pretty quickly the mutants mastered this new and promising method of ADDITIONAL nutrition, which has already become PARAMOUNT – BLESSED AND SAVING FOR THEM – CANNIBALISM!

They didn’t start eating each other because of some kind of perversity or some kind of “depravity.” Not on a whim, but for the sake of their belly, for the sake of existence!
This created a new ecological niche – the niche of cannibalism as a norm of life.

THERE HAS NOT BEEN SUCH AN ECOLOGICAL NICHE ON EARTH FOR THE PREVIOUS TWO BILLION YEARS! Excesses of cannibalism probably occurred in other species of living beings, but THIS WAS NOT A ROUTINE NORM OF EXISTENCE, that is, what is called a CANNIBAL ECOLOGICAL NICHE.

And it made the harshest and most uncompromising demands to the mutants who lived in her: To live in a cannibal cave, one had to be always on guard, so as not to let one’s neighbor hit him on the head with a stone or a club, or cling to the cervical vertebrae from behind. On the other hand, they should always be ready to do it theirselves. What intellectual and moral qualities did a creature need in order to successfully survive and produce VIABLE offspring?

DEVELOPED PREDATORY and AGGRESSIVE CANNIBALISTIC INTELLIGENCE and THE COMPLETE ABSENCE OF any “morality”: Meanness, cowardice, bloodthirstiness, treachery, cunning, ruthlessness, in general, all the wonderful qualities that are present in the full set of humans, the slanderous and faithful descendants of their apes mutants! Only SUCH qualities (plus deceit and hypocrisy) could serve a successful survival in a cannibalistic ecological niche!

And they JUSTIFIED THEMSELVES by turning stupid predatory apes – mutants into HUMANS, HOMO SAPIENS!

As we can see, THIS is the ONLY THING that has developed in the shortest geological period the way of thinking of creatures to a degree significantly exceeding the level of all species of millions of other, much more ancient creatures! Subsequently, becoming even more insidious and cunning, these mutants, multiplying, expanded their food base, starting to hunt (already SUCCESSFULLY) animals and, later, starting to growing them for slaughter! Meat is the meat of a nearby mutant, or of a roe deer, antelope, rabbit, wild pig or any other edible creature!

(By the way, in most African languages since today “MEAT” and “ANIMALS” are designated by the same word! SYMBOLIC? Isn’t that right?)

It seems to me that among many other “experimental” conclusions of the Law of Conformity of the Way of Thinking to an Ecological Niche, justified by the practice of life, this “human–cannibalistic” example is the most convincing! Perhaps there is no other “fact of life” that would so clearly and inexorably confirm the validity of the mentioned law.
