The picture was just taken in my bedroom without any tricks and tricky optical devices and devices. There is only flexibility of thinking and attentiveness to the STRANGE.
A telephone wire is hanging from a bookshelf. (I don’t have any mobile phones, the most common one is wired)
Part of the window to the balcony-loggia is closed with blinds. Morning light breaks through the gaps.
The WIRE looks BROKEN, although in fact it is completely smooth and slightly gently bending.
But why does it look broken in the light intervals?
The optical effect of deflection of light waves, their circumference of obstacles, that is, diffraction!
And it is not necessary to put narrow micro-slits and examine the diffraction strips in a microscope.
Everything is accessible to the unarmed eye!
