I have cursed human bluntness more than once, including the so-called scientists, who, being also herd creatures, show no less bluntness in their field than illiterate analphabetes.
For bluntness towards something, as I wrote, is NOT an inability to understand something, but an active, aggressive rejection of something, an unwillingness to even try to figure something out. The basis of bluntness, again, has been discussed by me more than once – this is the Psychological Law of Archimedes, which has become simply inconvenient to repeat.
So, my bluntness towards mathematics, based on the above, is NOT an INABILITY to understand its laws, algorithms, etc. BUT AN ACTIVE AND AGGRESSIVE UNWILLINGNESS TO EVEN STRAIN my mind and understand mathematical patterns.
Am I inquisitive, indifferent to everything and living only by my purely biological interests?
I wouldn’t say that.
Rather the opposite: Eternal WHY!
That’s the answer!
I am disgusted by the very machine-like way of thinking inherent in mathematics.
That’s why I don’t like games either! They are also machine subordination to some artificial patterns and characteristics, in relation to which it makes no SENSE to ask my favorite question at all: WHY?
The mathematical way of thinking is artificial, dogmatic, machine-based, and actually forbids even asking such a question.
Why?
BECAUSE!
That’s how someone once decided, and if we want to participate in this mathematical game, like “gladiator games,” for example, then we MUST unconditionally, without asking idiotic “Why” questions, follow the once-established patterns.
Don’t like these rules and algorithms?
Get out of here! Get out if you don’t like it! On you, you stupid fool, the lworld didn’t come together in a wedge. There will always be a host of people who can understand and accept this machine-like, whirring, monotonous way of thinking.
So is mathematics immoral? Are the people who are passionate about her like that too?
NO WAY!!!
The mathematical way of thinking has nothing to do with morality. These are different guises! Again, mathematics is a specific one, artificial. the machine-like way of thinking.
There are people who can accept it and not only accept it, but also LOVE THIS particular WAY OF THINKING.
There are people who intuitively DISLIKE him.
What for?
Probably different.
For me personally, with all my curiosity and variety of interests, one explanation:
INDETERMINISM!
CAUSELESSNESS!
“ANTI- WHYNESS”!
It is stupid and ridiculous to ask mathematics the question: WHY?
Because the answer, the TRUTH, is always SPECIFIC and ONE!
And mathematics always strives for abstraction, without going into anything concrete. That is why, BY HER INNER NATURE, she is not engaged in the search for truth, and the question “Why” is empty for her.
It sets certain concepts – postulates, axioms.
It sets algorithms for manipulating these concepts.
That’s all!
Accept the postulates, accept the algorithms and strictly follow them. Nothing more is required.
But my brain is set up to find the REASON, and therefore his a “WHY” has no place in the stratospheric empyrean of mathematics.
Mathematics, as a way of thinking, is vital for solving a great variety of tasks and problems. Because it solves them just by using his distraction from concreteness, abstractly, in relation to a variety of problems from very different sections of the surrounding world. Therefore, it is not interested in the REASONS, because they are different and specific in these mentioned sections, and mathematics, nevertheless, provides successful answers to all tasks that are so DIFFERENT IN ESSENCE AND DIFFERENT FOR REASONS.
That’s why computers are so successful at solving many of the most difficult mathematical problems – THEY DON’T THINK, and THEY DON’T even KNOW what they’re thinking, because they really DON’T THINK, but manipulate electrical impulses!
THEY DON’T ASK STUPID QUESTIONS, like Esprit:
OH, WHY?
AH, BECAUSE!
To summarize:
The answer to the question is gotten.
There is no love for such an artificial, machine-based way of thinking!
If there is no love, there is no interest in the unloved!
If I’m wrong, let my seniors correct me!
