Both of these agents undoubtedly have the expected effect, but both also have an extremely dangerous SIDE EFFECT:

They “dilute and dissolve” the walls of blood vessels at the same time.

Therefore, their use should not occur without CONTINUOUS MONITORING of the condition of the walls of cerebral vessels.

HOW???

There are several ways.

The most expensive and hardly convenient method for twenty-four-hour monitoring is the nuclear magnetic imaging method.

Another is ultrasound examination of the condition of the vessel walls, which is also unlikely to be suitable for continuous monitoring.

And the third is a method called RHEOENCEPHALOGRAPHY, that is, a non–bloody, externally, method of monitoring the state of blood circulation in the brain, one of the pioneers of which in the USSR was profesor Haris Hafizovich Yarullin. (See his monograph “Clinical rheoencephalography”)

The method is extremely simple, cheap and does not cause any inconvenience to the subject. A very weak high-frequency current (absolutely safe and imperceptible) is passed through the organ to be examined, and by the difference in the impedance of the organ during the ebb and flow of blood, one can judge the state of blood circulation in it and, of course, the state of the walls of the vessels of the organ, in this case the brain. The method is very sensitive and the patient can be monitored around the clock without any inconvenience.

It’s like cardio monitoring.

Only here the electrodes are attached not to the patient’s chest, but to the head.

The use of such monitoring would significantly secure the use of the mentioned anticoagulants and thrombolytics and would give medical staff the opportunity to respond quickly and flexibly to any vascular reactions of the brain.

As far as I know, this method has never been used anywhere and is not being used, unfortunately. This could save thousands of human lives every day, which, however, obviously do not represent much value …

As General Charles de Gaulle said, “Cemeteries are full of graves of people who «could not be replaced.»

It just shows how insignificant and mediocre de Gaulle himself was.

Once again, the uncontrolled use of anticoagulants and thrombolytics is extremely dangerous and therefore often leads to the death of patients who seemed to be able to recover BEFORE STARTING treatment!

Yes, THEY HEALED (for grave!)!!!
