Why did Bohr create a whole school of brilliant physicists, but Einstein created none?
In order to be the head of a school or a certain spontaneously formed team, one of the most important qualities of a “HEAD” is necessary: One must have the character of a LEADER or the character of a Corporal.
The first is, of course, much better and more important for the students, because the LEADER DOES NOT ORDER anyone, but CALLS: FOLLOW ME!
He teaches by imitating him!
The Сorporal, usually appointed by those in power, or at least supported by them, only COMMANDS: FORWARD!
There’s nothing to imitate! Although there are exceptions.
A LEADER does not need flattery, sucking up, groveling, sycophancy and obsequiousness.
The corporal, like every herd slave who has climbed a step higher than he was before, immediately becomes a slave, which throws aside all restrains, a MASTER, in relation to his subordinates! And he doesn’t just need the above-mentioned displays of adulation, he explicitly or implicitly demands them!
There is a type of person who combines both qualities, because they have nothing to do with a person’s individual abilities, but depend only on his morality. It turns out that, thanks to certain abilities in one or another sphere of human activity, a person becomes a LEADER, but his low morality or complete immorality constantly dictates to him the behavior and habits of an ordinary Corporal!
Einstein was not a Leader, but neither was he, like Bohr, a Corporal in any way! They were both disgusted by their cult of personality and all kinds of servility. Einstein even bequeathed himself to be cremated and his ashes scattered over the sea so that his grave would not become a place of pilgrimage for fans!
Bohr was also cremated, but the urn is kept in the family tomb.
I think Einstein was too overzealous in his rejection of the cult of personality and his grave would be a worthy place of pilgrimage for people who appreciate his talent. There’s nothing wrong with that.
As for the type of Lance Corporal Leader, he usually becomes, under certain circumstances, a victim of his immorality, and those who licked his ass up and down yesterday, when he loses the rank of Lance Corporal, instantly betray him.
For a Lance Corporal, the loss of his “Rank” or individual abilities that made him a Lance Corporal Leader is equivalent to social death. The students and subordinates immediately run away to other masters, not forgetting to kick the former Corporal or the Leader – Corporal.
Students do not change their attitude towards the real Leader at all, regardless of his official status or personal condition.
I will not give specific examples, because every reader can recall them from his life experience.
