New Year’s lightning FROM the Capitol!

Incorrect event definition!

The video shows that lightning “DID NOT STRIKE” the Capitol (the US Congress Building in Washington), but RADIATED UPWARD FROM IT!!!

That is, the lightning rod of the Capitol BECAME an ACTIVE CENTER that emitted high-energy electrons, which, due to the so-called “streamer effect”, generated lightning!

IT BRANCHES NOT FROM TOP TO BOTTOM, BUT FROM BOTTOM TO TOP!!!

This means that the activation center of the discharge formation was the top of the Capitol! This also means that the clouds above the Capitol carried a POSITIVE CHARGE.

And the “Tip” is the pointed end of a grounded lightning rod, by the way, invented by US President Benjamin Franklin!
